a 2-0 win over Azerbaijan, with Gerrard and Beckham both on target, sent England one point clear in Group Six. Though many people were expecting some seemingly realistic scorelines such as 10-0, 15-0, 20-0.. I still feel a 2-0 win is satisfactory. I'm looking at the better side of this match, such as Rooney and Joe Cole being more matured on big occasions. If Rooney can put in such consistent efforts for Man U, winning back OUR title would not be a difficult task (alrite, lets just say Chelsea just won't falter, lets be realistic, so what if they have won the season this year?) However, I feel that the criticism launched onto Owen's dismaying performance should have be thrown onto Real's coaches instead. It was them who deprived Owen of his first team football and made him a real plonker. So shut your gap, Carlos de Midget!
