Feedback sessions, feedback boxes, voicing out displeasure. Bullshit and crap.

Just a few statments in your blog can get you into such deep shit. Its no wonder why some organisations cannot improve at all. At one moment, they're having this 'voicing out' session for employees to air their views, On another hand, they prevent employees washing dirty linen in public. So we're all stuck at the same spot, never finding out flaws and always afraid to point our mistakes.

Time to face the truth teachers. You're all humans and you all make mistakes. Call yourself teachers when you can't even take criticism. All this suing and involvement with the law is just an excuse for to take all the blame away from yourself for your failure as a teacher. Yes, and we do pay for our education. Is it justified that we're receiving lousy stuff for the amount we paid? NO.

If you only want to hear good things about yourself, start writing hordes of compliment letters and e-mail it to yourself. Otherwise, please blame it on yourself for not establishing a good rapport between the students and you yourself. Or you could prefer minding your own business and stop reading your students' blogs. You pea-brains.

Being a teacher is never easy. Take up this path and face up to the challenge. Make your students swallow their insults about you. Don't shirk responsibilities like a wimp.

If Marvin was typing this entry, it wouldn't be this short. LOL
